Ready-made pieces are usually packed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces are created by hand especially for you, so they take longer — we'll always let you know the timeline before we begin.

Tell us what you'd love through our contact form — a size, colour, or something dreamed up just for you. We'll personally confirm the details and timing, then ask for a small non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot and cover materials. The balance is due when your piece is ready.

Within Canada: free on orders over $100, otherwise a $20 flat rate. To the United States: a $30 flat rate. You'll see your shipping option at checkout before you pay. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Absolutely. All payments are handled securely by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment companies in the world. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, skincare and pierced earrings can't be returned once opened or worn, and custom pieces are made just for you so they aren't returnable. Yes, and it's part of the beauty. Everything is made by hand, and natural materials like gemstones, wool, and botanical oils vary a little from one piece to the next. No two are ever exactly alike — that's what makes yours one of a kind.

Gently hand-wash in cool water with a mild detergent, press out the water without wringing, and lay flat to dry in its natural shape. Store folded rather than hung so it keeps its form. Read our full crochet care guide.

Keep it dry and put it on last, after perfume or lotion. Avoid wearing it in the shower or pool, and store pieces separately (a soft pouch is perfect) so stones and strands don't scratch or tangle. Wipe gently with a soft cloth.

Store them somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, and use clean dry hands so they stay fresh. Because they're made with natural, plant-based ingredients, we always suggest a small patch test first — and if you're pregnant or have sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredients with your doctor. Our products are for external cosmetic use and aren't intended to treat any medical condition.

We use genuine natural stones in our gemstone pieces, and we always describe materials honestly in each listing — for example, where a piece uses glass pearls rather than natural ones, we say so.
