We send you a price

Once we've seen your photo, we'll email you what it will cost. Every piece is different, so we price each one after we see it.

Step 3

You say OK and mail it to us

When you're happy with the price, send your piece to us. Postage to us is at your own cost, and please wait for our OK on the price before you send anything.

Step 4

We fix it and send it back

We repair it by hand, then email you a photo of the finished piece along with your invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we send it back to you.

What we can do: restring (re-strand) beaded and gemstone jewellery, make it shorter or longer, change a clasp or add an extender chain, replace broken or missing beads, or make other changes to a piece. Not sure it can be done? Just ask. We'll tell you honestly.
