Most scrubs are harsh. This one isn't. A fine coconut-shell exfoliant does the polishing, cushioned in shea butter and plant oils so your skin feels soft rather than scraped afterwards.

Once or twice a week is plenty for most skin. Over-exfoliating can leave skin sensitive, so let your skin guide you.
It's cushioned in shea butter and oils to be gentle, but any physical scrub can be too much for very reactive skin. Go lightly and patch test first.
